Who: Postdocs (The first 7 people to RSVP may bring a guest!)
What: Power yoga (Emphasizes movement and stretching while synchronizing breathing to transition from one pose to the next. Focus is on strength.)
When: Wed Sept 12 from 8-9 am (upcoming classes: 10/10 and 11/14)
Where: Wilson Gym (*no gym membership needed!*)
